A pause. The pleasure of Italy.

Some encounters tell the story of our Osteria through the people who choose to stop here. During the race weekend, Alex Lowes and Humberto “Turquinho Jr.” Maier visited us to relax and enjoy our table.

We welcomed them with our cured meats, culatello and cheeses. A convivial moment shared with two riders competing on the international stage, and a memory we wish to keep in the Journal.

The photographs capture their visit: our meeting in the dining room and the pleasure of tasting. It is both a pleasure and a source of pride when Italian food brings people together, including guests who travel the world following the racing calendar.

Humberto Maier at our table: the pleasure of tasting culatello.

Two careers. The same passion.

At the Osteria

Flavour, with attention.

Cured meats · Culatello · Cheeses

Our cured meats, culatello and cheeses accompanied their pause at the Osteria, offering the pleasure of our food.

During this visit our guests chose to drink water, maintaining their focus on sporting preparation ahead of their time on track. We respected their choice and brought the same care to their tasting and service.

A good table brings together flavour and attention to the people we welcome.

Hospitality without borders

Welcoming guests means paying attention to people, their pace and what they wish to find at the table. Our Osteria aims to be a place where Italian food meets warm, sincere hospitality.

For me, as a Professional Sommelier, the pleasure of service includes these encounters: putting guests at ease, introducing the products we serve and leaving a lasting memory of their welcome.

The pride of welcoming the world. The pleasure of making it feel at home.
