The story
Champagne Unisson Grand Cru by Franck Bonville, base vintage 2018, 100% Chardonnay from the Grand Crus of Avize and Oger. Vinification in steel with complete malolactic fermentation, prolonged refinement on the yeasts (over four years) and dosage contained around 5-6 g / l, in Brut style. It is the Maison's selection cuvée, designed to express greater depth and minerality than the Blanc de Blancs Base, thanks to the additional time on the yeasts before disgorging.
